A) WHY ALL CIGARS AT EXTREMELY GOOD PRICES?
Simple; since our main business is Habanos wholesale, we deal with important amounts of importations/exportations of cuban cigars on a daily/weekly basis and therefore many boxes (outer box) are slightly damaged. Since we need to comply with high standards in regards box/cigars integrity with our wholesalers, those boxes partially damaged are removed and cigars in perfect shape are commercialized through our website which is our second main business source. Also, due to our strong relationship with Habanos SA distributors, we have permanent and full access to samples and free product due to our purchase levels with them. On top of that, we identified that a 95% of customers are looking to avoid high taxations and customs issues (specially US customers) when cuban cigars is about and looking then to access better prices, therefore we are providing the perfect alternative to our customers.

 

B) WHY SO MUCH DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RETAIL PRICE ON THE WEBSITE (price in black) AND PRICE ON SPECIAL (red color)?

Retail price in BLACK is the price that applies for sealed/original box shipping option. Special price in RED is for bundles/labels ONLY!

 

C) WHAT ARE THE BUYING / SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We offer 3 shipping alternatives:

1- No original boxes....just cigars and labels. Cigars are shipped via Express Courier repacked in carton boxes and labels separately via Ordinary Mail. This is our standard shipping method by default, so when you purchase with the special price (SALE) on our website you are buying that item in bundle. This way we guarantee cigars will go through customs with absolutely no issues.

2- With Original Boxes but shipped separately. We can ship original boxes however price that applies is the retail price on black (before SALE) in our website. Cigars are repacked in carton box and shipped via Express Courier and Original Box and Labels are shipped via Ordinary Mail. VERY IMPORTANT: CUSTOMER SHOULD ADVISE THIS PREVIOUS TO ORDER VIA EMAIL to sales@buycubancigarsonline.com, therefore we can email payment link with retail price (which belongs to sealed boxes) otherwise if done online by customer SALE PRICE will be applied automatically by the system and standard shipping method (cigars and labels) will apply.

3- ORINAL SEALED BOX (without been opened). For this option, in order to receive the box originally sealed and intact as from our Habanos SA distributor, the retail price (before SALE) is also the one that applies. CUSTOMER SHOULD ADVISE THIS PREVIOUS TO ORDER to sales@buycubancigarsonline.com, therefore we can email payment link with retail price (which belongs to sealed boxes) otherwise if done online by customer SALE PRICE will be applied automatically by the system and standard shipping method (cigars and labels) will apply.
VERY IMPORTANT: For US customers, payment should be done via Bank Transfer to our Company Bank Account or via Western Union / Money Gram. Why?...because parcel will have a extremely high possibility to be seized by US customs and we cannot be responsible for that. US customer is entirely aware of this situation. For the rest of the world customers with this shipping option, payment can be processed via Credit/Debit card through payment link we email upon request.



D) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, JCB and Diners. However, customers will not be able to process their Visa / Master Card online Klik and Pay payments, therefore when using Visa or Master Card, customer should email us in advance to sales@buycubancigarsonline.com in order to receive a payment link for Visa / Master Card.
All of your payment details are safely encrypted end-to-end using the latest SSL technology.
Also we do accept Bank Transfer, Money Gram and Western Union.


E) Can you ship cigars to my country?
We have capability to ship worldwide, however please note that tobacco laws are completely different in each country. Please make sure you know the applicable laws pertaining to the purchase and importation of Cuban Cigars from abroad.
We do not assume any responsibility for any taxes, delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by clients or any further inconveniences caused by domestic Customs offices. Please understand that we are not capable to be fully aware of all regulations pertaining to customs offices all over the world. We assume that each customer is fully aware of the conditions and regulations applied by its domestic customs system.
F) How do I know about your authenticity?

We deliver only 100% authentic Habanos SA product, online shops selling
counterfeit cigars have limited vitolas and labels (if offering the bundle option. For example BHK´s or LE´s), we have absolutely all the HABANOS SA vitolas…sealed boxes or bundles. On top of that, if customer is not satisfied, we always offer alternative solutions. In regards sealed boxes, all of our boxes are coming with all their warranty seals and stamps,
including new stamp with holograms. Other online cuban cigar shops are delivering boxes with the old green seal (fake seals).

We do understand that buying for the first time through a online vendor might not offer confidence; ….our main advise is: try us with a small order….you won´t regret it! Buycubancigarsonline (BCC) is interested in having long time business relationship customers, not a one time sale!

G) How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders take 24 hrs aprox to be prepared. Delivery times aprox via EMS Courier (for sealed boxes / bundle option) are:

  • United States: 5-6 Business Days
  • Europe: 7 Business Days
  • Asia: 7-10 Business Days
  • Australia: 10 Business Days

** ORDINARY MAIL DELIVERY TIME FOR LABELS (when bundle option to the US) is 1-2 weeks aprox **
* Please remember that delayed shipments or any other inconveniences caused by Domestic Customs office may happen, BCC has no interference with foreign Customs systems. We appeal to all client´s comprehension that we are not in position to be aware of all regulations pertaining to Domestic Customs Offices worldwide. We do not assume any responsibility for delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by clients or any further inconveniences caused by domestic Customs offices.

H) Do you guarantee delivery?
We totally guarantee delivery except for situations that arise from customer error such as wrong or insufficient address, theft of the packages on customer premise after delivery (package tracking shows delivered) and customer being away at the delivery address for extended periods of time during the delivery window of the packages. If parcel is lost by Flight Company or Courier we will replace parcel at no extra cost !!!
IF PARCEL IS STOPPED BY CUSTOMER´s LOCAL CUSTOMS AND PARCEL NEEDS
TO BE CLEARED BY CUSTOMER AND PAY DUTIES (less likely scenario),
WE HAVE NO RESPONSABILITY AND CUSTOMER SHOULD COMPLY
WITH THEIR LOCAL CUSTOMS PROCEDURES IN ORDER TO COMPLETE
FINAL DELIVERY. HOWEVER, BCC WILL COOPERATE AS MUCH AS
POSSIBLE WITH CUSTOMERS WHEN INVOICE OR FURTHER PAPERWORK IS REQUIRED.

The delivery guarantee does not cover re-shipped packages as replacement for the non-delivered orders. In other words, if we are reshipping you a particular order for non-delivery, there is no refund of any kind, if the replacement package does not show up. Also, for the US we guarantee 100% delivery when using generic boxes.
I) How come Cuban cigar prices vary so much from vendor to vendor?
There are many factors which impact the pricing of Cuban cigars among the different web sites but the most common factor would be taxation and shipping/packing method. Our shipping method, warehouse located in a duty-free zone combined with our high volume Wholesale sales let us offer very competitive prices on AuthenticCuban cigars, pretty much THE BEST PRICES ON THE WEB! J) When can I smoke the cigars I receive?

You can smoke the cigars immediately if you would like. However, if you have a humidor at your disposal, we recommend you to set them in your humidor for about a week to allow the cigar to recover their qualities from the transit time and improve their taste, draw, humidity, strenght, etc. Either way, BCC is confident and guarantees you will enjoy your smoke.

K) Do you stock any aged cuban cigars?

Yes. We usually carry a nice selection of older habanos. We do try and source these from our suppliers and auctions on a regular basis, though this can be difficult at times and therefore our aged stock will fluctuate. L) Is there a minimum order amount?
